USER AND MARKET RESEARCH FOR FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE

Madrid, Fall 2020

The client started up a new food delivery service in a specific region of Madrid and wanted to ensure a better product-market fit before launch. The project involved a competition analysis, 7 user interviews, and 1 activity observation. The research revealed specific product opportunities that would differentiate the service amongst competition. The final result was presented as 3 specific user journeys and recommendations used as input in the service design. Below are some excerpts (in Spanish).
